Application Submission

• Applications must be submitted only after they have been signed your academic supervisor.
• If you’re in an additional year, you must resubmit the application.
• Contact details of academic supervisors are available on the dedicated MAF professors’ page.

Attention: Access to the form is only available with your institutional email account (@stud.ase.ro). For those without an institutional email, scan and email your applications to secretariat.

Important: Failure to submit your application November 24 will result in the loss of your right to defend your dissertation in the July 2024 session.

Dissertation Submission

• Current year students and graduates from previous years will upload their dissertations on webstudent.ase.ro for grading and plagiarism checks.
• Graduates from previous years not able to access institutional email must email their dissertations to their academic supervisor’s department.
• Ensure to check the plagiarism of your own papers before submission.
• Current year students will complete the enrollment form and attach the required documents in PDF format.

Note: Incomplete files are not accepted for enrollment.

Required Documents

• Enrollment application for the master’s degree completion exam (Annex 1), personally signed and dated.
• Declaration regarding personal data protection (Annex 2), personally signed and dated.
• Declaration on own responsibility regarding the originality of the completion work (Annex 5), personally signed and dated.
• Copy of identity card (two copies).
• Liquidation form (ONLY FOR GRADUATES). The form must be completed with personal data (top part), dated and personally signed (bottom part).
• Proof of payment of the registration fee for the dissertation defense exam (1000 RON) – ONLY for students in the additional year and from previous years.
