- The right to have unrestricted access to the decisions taken the management structures of the faculties and the university;

- The right to benefit from an objective and non-discriminatory evaluation of the skills acquired after completing a discipline, in compliance with the discipline sheet, as well as to know the evaluation scale;
- The right to contest the marks obtained in the written examinations, according to the university regulations. The resolution of the appeal will be made a committee different from the one that initially evaluated it, in the presence of the appealing student, if he requests it;

- The right to have a daily schedule that does not exceed 8 hours from the beginning to the end of it;
- The right to receive for free certificates or school records issued the university attesting to student status;
- The right to choose and be chosen in advisory, deliberative and management structures at the faculty and university level;
- The right to report abuses and irregularities, especially regarding the education process and its related activities;
- The right to benefit from a 90% reduced rate for local public transport, domestic car or metro transport, as well as domestic rail transport on all train categories, second class, based on the transport permit and throughout calendar year, until reaching the age of 30.
Microsoft Office 365 Package
Steps in order to use Microsoft Office 365 Package. It is free for all ASE students.
Step 1: To access Microsoft Office 365, please go to portal.office.com and use your IDM account information.
Step 2: You’ll be redirected to a login screen in selfportal.ase.ro, where you’ll need to authenticate using your IDM account.
Step 3: You will need to enroll in Multi-Factor Authentification on the selfportal based on the instructions provided on the website.
Step 4: Download the Office package.
If you require assistance with resetting your IDM account password, please send a request from your institutional email to it-suport@ase.ro.

Personal page
The aim of The Management System of Electronic Identity (IDM) uses a single username and password in order to access all the resources provided our university. Those are obtained at the start of enrollment from the university or the International Relations Department or the Networks Service. The personal page will be blocked if you are living in one of the university dormitories and you are not paying the monthly rent. In other cases, ask for help from faculty’s secretary’s office or from Network Service (room 2000A).
The personal page includes: student code, tuition data, timetable, exam schedule, final grades, taxes, overdue subjects, announcements.

All international students are required to have a medical insurance valid for the entire period of studies with our university – either the European health card or a private insurance.
At the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, you can get medical services in two areas: general medicine and dentistry. Both clinics are located in the Moxa Hall. Medical examinations are free of charge at our university’s doctor’s office. The office is located on the Moxa campus, and care is provided general practitioners (3 doctors and 5 nurses) and dentists (4 doctors and 3 nurses). The doctors are available from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 19:00. They examine, treat, and medically supervise ill students, provide medical consultations to students upon request, and prescribe medications.
Specialist examinations must be requested your general physician and will be carried out in a specialised unit.

At the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, students have free access to the library. It can be accessed based on the ID card issued free of charge ASE after enrollment. The card is valid for the entire period when you are registered at ASE.

At the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, you can take a full lunch in one of the canteens of ASE. One is located in the Moxa Complex (Mihail Moxa str. 11) and the other one near Piața Romană (Cihoschi str. 5). The canteens provide fresh, varied three-course menus throughout the academic year.
